Journey To Accept No
I cannot accept no because I accept yes so much.
Why is it difficult for some people to hear no as an answer? I’m one of the those people who can’t seem to accept no as a valid response.
When you give so much and bend over backwards for someone, the least they can do it oblige a favour in return. Although of course we do not consciously dole out favours expecting to have favours returned, but it’s our subconscious act of obliging that gives us motivation to take on these endeavours.
‘Yes’ is a response to a question that you have confidence in supporting. ‘No’ is a response to a question you don’t support.
So how can we open our minds to answering ‘Yes’ to more questions?
